Your satisfaction is guaranteed at Alter Ego Comics. If an item is damaged during shipping or has a manufacturer defect, please email email@example.com within 30 days of receiving the item. We strongly suggest that you open all merchandise when it is delivered to inspect it in order to report any damage to us during this time period. Please provide digital pictures of any damage and we will work with the manufacturer/distributor on your behalf to obtain a replacement. If a replacement is not available, you will receive a full or partial refund as store credit, depending on the degree of the damage.
Please note that damage to an item's packaging does not make the item damaged.
The product must be returned in its original box/packaging in the same condition as it was sent to you. This means that the item must be returned intact with figures, accessories, bases, original packaging, outer shipment box as well as in a double boxed shipping carton, if this is how it was sent to you. Returned items that arrive with excessive damage due to improper packing may be assessed a damage product fee, of up to 10% of the product price.
You must contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org before shipping an item back. Any item returned to us as "refused" or "return to sender" will be subject to a 30% restocking fee to cover our costs.
Unopened merchandise may be returned for a refund or store credit within 30 days of purchase. Shipping charges for these returns are the customer's responsibility. Items with non-refundable deposits will only be refunded if an item is defective.
Once again, you must email email@example.com prior to returning any item.
Only order items that you will be able to pay for. We do not recommend speculating and then canceling your orders as the product arrives. You may cancel an order without penalty within 14 days of placing your order. All cancellation requests must be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org. After 14 days, cancelled pre-orders will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee due to the fact that we cannot cancel our orders with manufacturers/distributors.
Cancellation fees cannot be applied to new or open orders.
If you have been charged a non-refundable deposit on an item, that will take the place of the cancellation fee.
If you redeemed Reward Points (coupon code) on an order that you wish to cancel, you will forfeit those Reward Points.
