Returns/Damages
Your satisfaction is guaranteed at Alter Ego Comics. If an item is damaged during shipping or has a manufacturer defect, please email returns@alteregocomics.com within 14 days of receiving the item. Please provide digital pictures of any damage and we will work with the manufacturer/distributor on your behalf to obtain a replacement. If a replacement is not available, you will receive a full or partial refund, depending on the degree of the damage.
Please note that damage to an item's packaging does not make the item damaged.
You must contact us at returns@alteregocomics.com before shipping an item back. Any item returned to us as "refused" or "return to sender" will be subject to a 30% restocking fee to cover our costs.
Unopened merchandise may be returned for a refund or store credit within 30 days of purchase. Shipping charges for these returns are the customer's responsibility. Items with non-refundable deposits will only be refunded if an item is defective.
Once again, you must email returns@alteregocomics.com prior to returning any item.
Cancellations
Only order items that you will be able to pay for. We do not recommend speculating and then canceling your orders as the product arrives. All cancellation requests must be sent to support@alteregocomics.com. All cancelled orders will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee due to the fact that we cannot cancel our orders with manufacturers/distributors.
Cancellation fees cannot be applied to new or open orders.
If you have been charged a non-refundable deposit on an item, that will take the place of the cancellation fee.
If you redeemed Reward Points (coupon code) on an order that you wish to cancel, you will forfeit those Reward Points.
