By placing your order, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Purchases
In stock purchases usually ship within 3 business days. Many items on our website are pre-orders, and may not ship for several months. The availability of each item is listed in the item description, just above the price. Stock levels and prices are subject to change. Alter Ego Comics reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion. Some items may require a non-refundable down payment. This down payment is refundable if the manufacturer cancels the item.

Pre-orders
Projected arrival dates are estimates provided by the manufacturer. We are not responsbile for delayed items.

Recommended Age
All items purchased from Alter Ego Comics are recommended for customers ages 15 and up.

Return Policy
Your satisfaction is guaranteed at Alter Ego Comics. If you are unhappy with any purchase at Alter Ego Comics, you may return it within 7 days of the order arriving at your location for a refund of the purchase price of the merchandise. The merchandise must be in it's original, unopened package and in the same condition as it was shipped in. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged items may be returned within 7 days of receiving the item. If your order contains an item that is damaged, we will do our best to get a replacement item for you. Damaged items may only be exchanged for the same item. If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued as store credit or back to the original payment method.

Please note that we do not consider an item damaged if the item itself is fine, but the box is not in perfect condition. We often receive items direct from manufacturers and distributors that have been packed with little or no protection, resulting in minor dents or imperfections in the packaging. We will do our best to pack your order to prevent damage during shipping, but a damaged box does not mean that your order is damaged.

You must contact Alter Ego Comics before returning an item.

Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled within 14 days of placing your order. After 14 days, a 10% cancellation fee will be charged on all cancelled items. Once an item is in transit to Alter Ego Comics from the manufacturer, no cancellations will be allowed. This policy only applies to pre-order items.

International Customers
We welcome international orders. In compliance with U.S. law, we declare the full purchase price (not including shipping) and mark items 'merchandise' on the customs declaration. Alter Ego Comics is not responsible for any taxes/tariffs/delays incurred by the customs system in your country. Any refunds are issued for the purchase price of the item(s) ordered in U.S. dollars, regardless of exchange rates.

Privacy
Alter Ego Comics will never share or sell your email address or any other personal information with anyone.
